The new NC Machinery rental store in Fairbanks, Alaska consisted of a 50,000 SF two-story building. This design-build project was designed by Don Dwiggins and included a showroom, parts counter, service bays, warehouse, and office areas. The building also featured structural steel, concrete tilt-up panels, metal joist/decking, and a 10 ton overhead bridge crane.
