Alaska Pacific University contracted directly with RHC to provide all design, permitting, and construction services for the Glenn Olds Hall facility. This three-story building contains offices and specialized laboratories for the U.S. Geological Survey Agency. We worked closely with the designers and end-users to meet their needs. As usual, this project had a tight schedule and limited budget. We were able to meet both requirements and maintain a quality and safe worksite.
