RHC performed this project as a general contractor to MEA for the Base Mat Foundation, an “anchor bolts down” sub-project of the Eklutna Generation Station. The Eklutna Generation Station is a 170 megawatt power plant powered by 10 Wartsila reciprocating engines.

RHC performed all of the civil work on the Base Mat Foundation project that consisted of 769 tons of rebar and 7,200 CY of concrete.
