Descriptive: RHC developed an 11 acre site and constructed a 56,000 square feet automobile dealership. Finished interior spaces included: a new vehicle showroom; new vehicle delivery area; parts warehouse; service department with 17 vehicle lifts; body shop with frame alignment equipment and paint spray booth; sales & general offices, as well as reception and waiting areas. The building consists of a pre-engineered structural steel system with insulated metal panel, exterior walls and metal roofing. The metal panels have an EIFS finish. Conventional metal studs and drywall were used for interior partitions. RHC crews performed all site work, all concrete work, swing doors, partitions, and specialties work. We performed the work on a design-build basis starting from General Motors' recently developed schematic prototype drawings for new Chevrolet dealerships. |
