Descriptive:

This project was a 23,500 square feet renovation of the Anchorage Downtown Hilton Hotel's entire first floor. The hotel remained open to the public throughout the entire remodel. The renovation included: extensive asbestos abatement, adding fine finishes throughout the lobby, restaurants, sports bar, toilet rooms, kitchen, and a 6,000 square feet, state of the art conference and business center. The project included: faux painting, custom wall coverings, special 5-panel wood doors, extensive custom casework and wood trim, ceramic tile, stone and custom mosaics through-out the lobby and restaurant areas. Extensive mechanical and electrical renovation work was done, while keeping all systems operational. Also included, was a remodel of the entire kitchen and food service areas and the addition of decorative fixtures. The finished project is very impressive and our skilled craftsmen are especially proud of it.
