Roger Hickel Contracting, Inc. was incorporated in the state of Alaska on February 13th, 1995, with Roger Hickel as President. Roger was employed by Baugh Construction for over 20 years before branching out on his own. Shortly thereafter, fellow Baugh employees; Mike Pollock and John Anderson joined RHC as Vice-Presidents. In 2004 Michael Shaw joined the company. In May 2010, Mike Shaw was promoted to President and Chief Operating Officer.
