Descriptive:

RHC developed this 4 acre site and constructed an 11,000 square foot cross dock, plus a 2,700 square foot office facility. The cross dock used cast-in-place concrete foundation, concrete masonry walls, steel joists and metal decking, covered by an insulated EPDM roofing system. There were 32 dock doors and a wood framed office area. RHC crews performed all site work, all concrete work, steel installation of joists & metal decking, wood framing, swing doors, partitions, and specialties work. We performed the work on a design-build basis.
