Descriptive:

RHC developed this 12 acre site and constructed a 70,000 square foot 24 feet clear height wholesale foods warehouse and a three story 14,000 square foot office, training and test kitchen area. The warehouse is divided into separate areas for dry, chilled, and frozen food. Dock area includes 30 overhead doors with levelers. The steel structure was pre-engineered with concrete foundations, slab on grade and deck. Insulated metal panels for exterior walls are 6 inches at the freezer, 3 inches at the offices, and 4 inches elsewhere. It has EPDM roofing over insulation and pre-engineered steel structure. RHC crews performed all site-work, all concrete work, structural steel erection, installation of insulated metal panels, swing doors, partitions, and specialties work. We worked to design documents provided by the Owner.
