Descriptive:

Roger Hickel Contracting developed a 4 acre site in Midtown Anchorage, constructing a new 58,496 square foot, 3-story building for Alaska Pacific University on endowment property. The entire facility is being leased by a consortium of Doctors who operate multiple medical businesses.

Conventional concrete foundation. Braced core structural steel frame. Exterior walls are porcelain tile clad steel stud framed wall panels and aluminum strip windows. Fully built out tenant spaces.
