Kodiak Police Station & Jail

This LEED Certified project included a 28,030SF, state-of-the-art Police Station and Jail in Kodiak. Site-work included excavation, backfill, and 225 steel pilings with structural steel braced frames to support the concrete foundation. The exterior included metal panels and masonry veneer, with insulated built-up asphalt roofing assembly. The enclosed interior spaces included a public lobby, administrative areas, emergency operations center, evidence areas, locker-rooms, and vehicle bays.
